Life is about passion. If you are not passionate about something, your life will not be fulfilled and you will be miserable. A person's job is a part of their everyday life, and if it does not make them happy, then it is not worth spending time on. I believe that it is very important to be passionate about your job. I know a lot of people that are not happy with their jobs, but still they dont do anything about it. They just keep working at the same place because it is a steady paycheck. If only they could see. If only they could have the balls to quit that damn job and pursue with what they love. Whether it be singing, dancing, playing guitar or even wanting to be a fire-fighter. It doesn't matter. Go through with what you want to do in life, it's worth it.

I would kill to become a professional snowboarder. It's my dream to be on a trip in New Zealand just shreddin with Nicolas Muller, Travis Rice, Shaun White and Chris Dufficy. I can only imagine what it would be like. I am going to train so hard to try and accomplish my goal. I WILL get somewhere in life and people will know me and look up to me all over the world. After school is out, I'm going to get a decent paying job and save up a bunch of money, then find a place to live in Whistler and move there. I'll board everyday whether it's winter or summer. It's awsome because they have Glacier Skiing in the summer. I won't slack off at all, and I'll practice as hard as I f***ing can! Just watch, you will remember me.

Summer in the Yakima Valley

The poem “Summer in the Yakima Valley” includes a lot of contrast. The main one is that the first half of the poem is in the day, and the second half is in the night. The day describes the daily life on the farm, while the night is a whole different scene. This puts different moods into the poem and sets the theme to be very broad and expanding, yet narrow and precise if you really look close. The day also represents the narrator and his cousin being together like in line 16-18 “In over-the-knees rubber boots… my cousin and I stomped the uneven ground”. Once it turned night though, “he always fell asleep first, my cousin, leaving me to listen alone” line 31-33. Now the narrator is alone, and can hear the coyote’s cry. The mood changes to a dim, dark sense of purpose. Certain sights appear in the night that do not in the daytime. This poem is full of contrast.

My crazy, trippy dream

I once dreamed about dinosaurs and giant crabs tearing my house apart. The gigantic crab was terrifying! His pinchers were huge and could snap me in half with the blink of an eye. The wierd thing is that I just continued to ly on my couch. I didn't get up and even try to run away. The enormous crab just kept pinching at me while the Dinosaurs were tearing down my house around me until there was just the support beam holding my couch up. I remember looking around franticly, trying, hoping to find a way to escape this horrible tragedy. There was nothing. No hope, no possibilities. I was doomed! The last thing i remember is the crab winding up to swing at me and catch me between his snappers. I woke up and was glad it was just a dream. When i awoke though, i was lying on my side on my bed sideways and i lunged and smoked my god damn head on the wall. I had a goosebump for 3 days. Never again will i watch a documentry on crabs or lobsters.

$20

If I had $20 dollars to spend, and I had to buy ten different things with it, I could easily figure out what i would buy. First, i would buy a pack of smokes. Need my smokes. Which would cost $8. After obtaining my nicotine, I would head on over to the DOLLAR GIANT and go nuts! I would grab two chocolate bars, Mars and Coffee Crisp, then some socks, gum, and a balloon. Maybe a little cap gun and some caps. Since nothing is over a dollar at this store, I feel free and unlimited. Gotta love those wacky dollar stores. Not the ones that say they are a dollar store, then you walk in and barely anything is a dollar. DOLLAR GIANT is legit! Damn! So now I am left with $5, and two more things to buy. At this point I would jaunt on over to good ole Wallyworld. They have a McDonalds inside, so i would go get a Double Cheeseburger. Bringing me down to $3 and 41 cents. I would walk outside the front doors of the Wally Union, and there would probably be some guy asking for change. I would give my last bit of money to him and buy myself a good mood for the day.

Top 3 Internet Games

The internet is an enormous source for entertainment. Some people spend hours on end just sitting around, doing nothing and playing on the computer. The top 3 games on the internet are Freerider 2, the Helicopter game, and Funky Truck.

--->Freerider 2 is the sequel to Freerider. It is a biking game where you try to manuver your bike over obstacles. It is 2D but still very fun. It gets very, very addicting and hard to pull yourself away from. There is a wide variety of different courses to choose from and they are all made by people who play the game.
--->The Helicopter Game is a simple game where you click and hold the left click on the mouse in order to make the helicopter fly. You have to control the helicopter and dodge obstacles. The game is so straight forward, but yet it is so intriguing and sucks you in to play it.
--->Funky Truck is close to the same idea as Freerider, but it is with a truck instead of a bike and the courses are different. You can modify your truck by making the wheels bigger or smaller, as well as the body style is changable too. There are dirt courses, as well as grass courses.

Dazed And Confused

'Dazed And Confused' is an incredible, classic movie. It is set in 1976 on the last day of high school in a small town in Texas. The seniors run around trying to give the freshman a rough time. Everybody is partying and having a good time. The movie has a hefty cast, including Matthew McConaughey, Jason London, Rory Cochrane, Adam Goldburg and Ben Affleck. Its a good movie and storyline for teenagers and young adults as well. Cleverly written and masterfully put together, 'Dazed And Confused' is a cinema people can watch over and over again because it never gets old. The characters keep it interesting and drag you in to the story.

1979

A lot of different things happened in 1979. The first on being the setting of 'Tuesdays With Morrie'. But thats not what I am going to focus on. I am going to let you know what made history back in that year of '79. The first extraterrestrial volcano was discovered by jupiter's satellite. This was also the year that Led Zeppelin made their final studio album In Through The Out Door. This was their last album because drummer John Bonham died shortly after from asphyxiation from consuming too much alcohol. The Camp David peace treaty between Israel and Egypt was made. This was also the year that Randy Hold 67 minutes in penalties in a 60 minute game. There was also last but not least, the famous Smokey and the bandit Trans Am made in this year.
